 The App is intended as an informational and journey-tracking tool.

You are responsible for complying with applicable traffic laws and regulations.

Do not interact with the App in a manner that distracts you while driving or operating a vehicle.

Always prioritize safe driving and follow applicable speed limits, road rules, and instructions from authorities.

4. Maps and Routes

Map and route information may depend on external location and mapping services.

Routes, positions, distances, and other map information may contain inaccuracies or become unavailable due to technical limitations, connectivity, device conditions, or third-party service limitations.

5. User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

Maintaining control of your vehicle

Following applicable laws

Using the App responsibly

Granting appropriate device permissions

Maintaining sufficient device functionality for the App to operate

You should not rely exclusively on information displayed by the App when making safety-critical decisions.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, interface, software, graphics, text, functionality, and other original content, is owned by or licensed to Cindi Lee and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, sell, lease, or commercially exploit the App except where expressly permitted by applicable law or with our written permission.

7. Availability

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the App at any time.

We do not guarantee that the App or any particular feature will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

8. Third-Party Services

The App may interact with third-party services, including mapping, system, analytics, advertising, or other technology providers.

Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and policies.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of independent third-party services.

9. Disclaimer

The App is provided for general informational and utility purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, availability, or completeness of information generated or displayed by the App.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cindi Lee shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or other damages arising from or related to your use of the App.

This includes, where legally permitted, damages arising from inaccurate measurements, unavailable location data, route information, device limitations, or interruption of service.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by removing it from your device.

We may restrict or terminate access to the App where reasonably necessary to protect the App, its users, or our rights, or where required by law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the App after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: October 1, 2026

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Cindi Lee ("Licensor") governing your use of this application ("App").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to this Agreement.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices that you own or control for personal, lawful purposes.

This license does not transfer ownership of the App or any intellectual property rights to you.

2. Restrictions

You may not, except where permitted by applicable law:

Copy or reproduce the App

Modify or create derivative works

Distribute or commercially exploit the App

Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or transfer the App

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

Attempt to extract the App's source code

Circumvent security or technical restrictions

Use the App for unlawful purposes

3. App Functionality

The App may provide speed measurement, journey statistics, distance and duration calculations, compass functionality, route visualization, and historical trip information.

Some features may require access to device location services or other device capabilities.

Feature availability may vary depending on device hardware, operating system, permissions, connectivity, and third-party services.

4. Accuracy Disclaimer

Speed, distance, route, compass, and other measurements are estimates generated using available device technology and services.

The App is not intended to replace certified measurement equipment, vehicle instrumentation, navigation equipment, or professional safety systems.

You acknowledge that measurements may contain inaccuracies.

5. Safety

You must not use the App in a manner that distracts you while driving or operating machinery.

You remain solely responsible for operating your vehicle safely and complying with all applicable laws and regulations.

6. Updates

Licensor may provide updates, modifications, improvements, bug fixes, or security updates.

Certain updates may be required for continued functionality or compatibility with supported operating systems.

7. Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party services or technologies.

Your use of those services may be subject to additional terms imposed by the applicable third-party provider.

Licensor is not responsible for independent third-party services or their availability.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including software, interface, design, graphics, and related materials, remain with Licensor or its respective licensors.

No rights are granted except those expressly provided under this Agreement.

9. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information and permissions may be handled.

10. Termination

This Agreement remains effective until terminated.

Your license will automatically terminate if you materially violate this Agreement.

Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete it from your devices.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Licensor does not guarantee that the App will always be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, or available.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Licensor shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or other damages resulting from or related to your use of the App.

13. Apple

If you obtained the App through Apple's App Store, you acknowledge that this Agreement is between you and Licensor, not Apple.

Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the App.

Apple is not responsible for addressing claims relating to the App, except where required under applicable law.

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement and may enforce this Agreement against you where applicable.

14. Changes

Licensor may update this Agreement when necessary. The updated Agreement will become effective when published or otherwise made available through the App or associated service.
